At DryBae, we take shipping seriously because we know your order is personal. Whether you are buying leakproof underwear for everyday comfort, postpartum protection, period support, or extra confidence, we want you to know exactly what to expect.
This page explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, how tracking works, and what to do if something goes wrong.

OVERVIEW
We ship DryBae orders to most countries around the world. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with care.
This page explains our shipping process, estimated delivery times, tracking updates, customs information, address changes, and delayed or lost packages.
SECTION 1: WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to most countries worldwide, with a few exceptions due to international postal restrictions, carrier limitations, or sanctions.
At this time, we may be unable to ship to:
Cuba
Iran
North Korea
Russia
Syria
Yemen
If your country is not listed above but you cannot complete checkout, contact us at support@drybae.com. Sometimes shipping platforms block specific regions, cities, or postal codes, and we may be able to help.
SECTION 2: HOW MUCH SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on:
The weight and size of your order
Your delivery country
The shipping method available for your location
Any active free shipping promotion
The exact shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
There are no hidden shipping fees from DryBae.
Approximate shipping ranges for reference:
United States: Standard shipping may vary depending on order size and location.
International orders: Shipping cost may vary depending on country, package weight, and available carrier options.
The final cost will always be shown at checkout before payment.
Free shipping promotions
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping above a certain order value.
If a free shipping promotion is active, it will be displayed on our website or automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
SECTION 3: HOW LONG ORDERS TAKE TO ARRIVE
Total delivery time includes two parts:
Processing time: how long it takes us to prepare and ship your order
Shipping time: how long the carrier takes to deliver your package after dispatch
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are usually processed on the next business day.
During high demand periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch
United States: 5 to 12 business days
Canada and Mexico: 7 to 15 business days
United Kingdom and Western Europe: 7 to 15 business days
Other European countries: 10 to 20 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days
Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and other South American countries: 12 to 25 business days
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and selected Asian countries: 10 to 20 business days
Other international destinations: 12 to 25 business days
These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
They do not include possible delays caused by customs, holidays, weather events, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or local postal delays.
Express shipping
Express shipping may be available for selected countries at checkout.
If your order needs to arrive by a specific date, we recommend choosing the fastest available shipping option.
Please note that even express shipping can be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.
SECTION 4: TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every shipment includes a tracking number.
You will receive your tracking information by email once your package has been shipped.
To track your order, click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking information may take 3 to 5 business days to update after dispatch, especially for international orders. This is normal and does not mean your package is lost.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at support@drybae.com and we will help investigate.
SECTION 5: SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If you notice an address mistake, email us immediately at support@drybae.com with:
Your order number
Your correct shipping address
The subject line “Address change”
If your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to update it.
If your package is returned, lost, or delayed due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
SECTION 6: CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, postal fees, or local charges when the package arrives in your country.
These charges are set by your local government or postal service. They are not charged by DryBae and are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot refund customs duties, import taxes, postal fees, or local charges.
We are required to provide accurate customs information for international shipments. We cannot undervalue packages or mark orders incorrectly to avoid customs fees.
If you refuse a package because of customs fees, we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
SECTION 7: PACKAGING
DryBae orders are packed with care to protect your items during transit.
Because DryBae sells intimate apparel, your order may be shipped in discreet packaging whenever possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of:
The outside packaging
The shipping label
The damaged area
The product inside, if affected
Then contact us at support@drybae.com within 14 days of delivery.
These photos help us review the issue and, when needed, file a claim with the carrier.
SECTION 8: LOST OR SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
Check your tracking link first
Check with your household, neighbors, front desk, or building reception
Wait a little longer if tracking shows the package is still moving
Contact your local carrier when possible
If your package is more than 14 business days past the estimated delivery window for domestic orders, or more than 35 business days for international orders, email us at support@drybae.com.
We will help investigate with the carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or an eligible refund, depending on the situation.
SECTION 9: SHIPPING DURING HIGH SEASON
During busy periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Mother’s Day, major holidays, product launches, or large promotions, carriers may experience delays.
We recommend ordering early if you need your DryBae order by a specific date.
Shipping estimates during high season may be longer than usual due to increased carrier volume.
SECTION 10: SHIPPING TO PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
We may be able to ship to PO Boxes in selected regions, depending on the carrier available at checkout.
Shipping to APO, FPO, or military addresses may be available in some cases and may take longer than standard residential delivery.
Delivery times for military addresses can vary due to military mail processing and location.
SECTION 11: WHEN WE CANNOT SHIP
Occasionally, we may need to delay, cancel, or refuse a shipment if:
The shipping address is incomplete or invalid
The destination has temporary postal restrictions
The order appears fraudulent or suspicious
The item is unexpectedly out of stock
The order violates our Terms of Service
The carrier cannot deliver to the selected region
If this happens, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout and explain the situation.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue an eligible refund.
